Here is a tasty bodybuilding breakfast recipe that is high in protein!
Ingredients:
2 slices of whole wheat bread  (preferably thicker slices)
1/4 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of skim milk
Strawberry Jam  (or any other flavor of jam or fresh crushed fruits)
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
Icing sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix together  the egg whites, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a bowl
2. Spread cottage cheese and jam over the top of one piece of bread and then place the other piece of bread on top
3. Dip the two combined pieces of bread into the mixture and coat well
4. Cook on a skillet with some cooking spray or oil for about 3-4 minutes each side
5. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
