Spicy Tuna Burgers

Tuna Recipe For BodybuildersIf you are a bodybuilder then you are probably already aware that tuna is a great source of protein for bodybuilders and that is also very cheap and convenient. However if you’re like me you are most likely pretty sick of eating tuna straight out of the can or eating those not so tasty tuna salad sandwiches..Fortunately we at Fitness Oven have a great recipe to spice up your tuna and help you get rid of those boring sandwiches!
Ingredients:
2 whole wheat hamburger buns
1 can of tuna
1 egg
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped red pepper
1/8 cup of mayo
2 tablespoons of chili 0r hot sauce
1.5 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
1 dash of worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and shape into 2 patties.
2. Cook over an oiled skillet over medium heat
3. Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
Tips:
1. Refrigerate for half an hour to an hour so the burgers don’t fall apart as easily
2. Be careful when flipping the burgers as they can be fairly delicate
3.  Push a dimple into the middle of the burger so you end up with a flat burger when cooked.
